Our curriculum is primarily based on the Creative Curriculum. Our goal is to provide a healthy, loving and educational environment for children of all ethnic backgrounds. We will endeavor to give each child the opportunity to express himself/herself creatively and to develop verbal skills, physical abilities and the attributes of sharing and cooperation. These skills are developed through the following learning centers/activities: Art, Language, Math, Writing, Housekeeping, Playground, Blocks, Science, Movement, Sand/Water Play, Music, and Etc. These skills will not only foster personal independence, but also social responsibility.
Children 4 weeks – 5 years of age are eligible for enrollment. Our infant/toddler room accepts children ages 4 weeks to 2 years that are not potty trained. We also provide a Pre-K room that offers care for children ages 2 to 5 years of age and are potty trained. When our center is at full capacity, we maintain a waiting list for enrollment. Children are accepted in our center through Private Pay, County Department of Social Services, and Community College Child Care Scholarships.
We participate in the Child Adult Food Care Program a Federal Program that provides healthy meals and snacks to children receiving day care services. We provide Breakfast, Lunch and a PM Snack to our participants. USDA is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
